We will make sure the fridge and kitchen are stocked for your arrival, and even meet you at the airport. If you have friends using your home, we can arrange to meet them with keys as well as help them find their way around your home and the immediate area.
Rental Management: If your home is an investment as well as a holiday retreat, modicasa can advertise and let your home. We supply monthly statements by email of occupancy rates and income, as well as a cleaning service, and of course the advertising of your property both on the internet and in Italian and English publications.
