Modicasa is a company founded to represent the interests of property buyers from outside Sicily. Modicasa benefits from being owned by both English and Sicilian directors, who between them can offer the best in client services and local knowledge.

Among the services we offer are:

Estate Agency: Modicasa is the only English owned registered estate agency in south Sicily. We can help you buy or sell your home avoiding the pitfalls of using illegal agents. Based in Sicily we not only advertise locally, but worldwide.

Property finding service: We will use our local contacts to find your dream home. Give us a guideline of price and the property you require and we will email you a selection of desirable properties, all translated into English! Should you choose to buy using Modicasa you will almost certainly pay less than using other agents.

Property Management: When you have found and bought your dream home, Modicasa can look after it for you. We offer regular checks on unoccupied properties, payments of bills, a ‘preparation service’ for when you come to stay, airport transfers, and will advertise and let your apartment for you on the internet, and in both English and Italian publications.

Property Services: When you have bought your perfect holiday home, it will no doubt need a bit of TLC. Modicasa offers everything from restructuring a property, to internal decoration and furnishing. Using our network of local craftsmen and experts aswell as our knowledge of your requirements we can create a home ready for you to walk into and spend a relaxing holiday.

Translation Services: We are registered at the Camera di Commercio as translators and interpreters.
