The current property is the result of the fusing of 3 houses which is reached by stairs from the Corso.
The house has been structurally restored and is sold in its present state. All the building works, including the new roof were carried out between 2013 and 2018, all in line with the antiseismic laws and adopting anti-damp measures (underfloor aeration, complete tanking of the bathroom), but retaining the original stone structure with 60cm thick walls.
The rooms reach heights of 5 metres, and are light and airy, thanks to the various openings all in armoured cement. From one of the original properties a terrace has been created in stone with views onto San Giorgio. In one of the internal spaces, the roof has only been restored to half its original size, to create an internal patio, which is accessed by a large antique arch.
A 750mq terraced piece of land, with dry stone walls completes the property, which has carob, olive, pomegranite, fig and almond trees, and which allows views onto San Giorgio, being above the property and connected by a stone staircase.
There are also grotta – 2 communicating in the garden, one in the patio and one indoors which now houses the bathroom.
The property is ideal for a personal interpretation with the essential building work already completed.
